 It was suggested by someone on today's support gang conference call that
 the XO-1.5 MIDI/FM/Software synthesizer system sounds inferior to the
 XO-1's equivalent.  This may even be to the point that some instruments
 such as Saxophones and Trumpets are hard to tell apart.

 The complaint came from someone who uses the TamTam activity series,
 although I did not get her name.

 I will try to do some casual testing in this area, although this is
 obviously subjective.  If things sound too terrible hopefully we can do
 something about this either in software, or with the XO-1.75 hardware
 release.
