#10515: CD-ROM iso9660 file systems need icon in Sugar, have invisible handler in
frame

We have a few U3 (CD-ROM & FAT exposing) USB sticks to test with.
The iso9660 CD-ROM filesystem gets mounted and added to Sugar's frame
along with the FAT filesystem; but the iso9660 filesystem does not get an
icon in Sugar's frame (see attached screenshot). However, one can hover
over where the icon should be access it.
This might be because sugar.log reports "WARNING root: No icon with the
name media was found in the theme", but then that might be unrelated.
Anything done for iso9660 filesystems likely has to be done for udf
(usually DVD-based) file systems as well.
Seen in 10.1.3 os356. I looked in 8.1.2 but did not see the mounted
filesystems in Sugar's main frame.
