 Also of note: I've since verified that usb_modeswitch in F11 does have a
 definition for my device's USB ID; it's just that it is overly strict and
 defines endpoints, etc., which do not exist on my device.

 Removing the extra strictness from the definition allows automatic
 switching to occur, which is important to have if the XO is allowed to
 sleep.
