 When installing a large activity -- from Journal or Browse -- the UI
 freezes during the unzip / install.

 It should

  * Provide indication of busy
  * Perhaps free up the UI -- not sure if this is a good idea from a
 usability PoV

 Similar work is needed for file copies between Journal and external
 storage.
