Comment:

 Triage.  Fixed e-mail address.  Not significant enough to block release,
 so changing milestone from 10.1.2 to 10.1.3 ... please remember that
 ''Milestone'' is when we plan to fix it, not a version field.  Lowering
 priority.

 Redefining the problem description ... the XO-1.5 HS mechanical keyboard
 bindings for F5 and F6 keys are effective also on an XO-1.5 with membrane
 keyboard, yet it is felt by the original poster that they should not be
 effective.

 pgf: is the observed behaviour correct?
