 It turns out that the ov7670 on the XO 1.5 is clocked at 90fps or just a
 little more.  Amazing.

 I can't find anything in the datasheet to suggest that the clock rate can
 be changed at the hardware level.  But we can adjust the ov7670 clock
 divider.  I've found a relatively clean way to do that with an ov7670
 module parameter specifying the base frame rate.  That rate remains 30fps
 in mainline, but the version just pushed to my
 olpc-2.6.31-cam/olpc-2.6.34-jc branches sets it to 90fps.  And, in fact,
 the frame rates are now far less fictional than they were in the past.

 Apologies, I should have noticed this.  I can be awfully dense
 sometimes...
