 IIRC, I hit cancel (to get rid of the prompt) when A9 asked me again for
 the passphrase.

 [[BR]]Speaking from the point of view of an user -- since the system never
 successfully __connected__ to A9, I did not realize that the system
 nevertheless expected me to issue an explicit 'disconnect'.

 [Please note that by the time when I realized that clicking on A9 was not
 the right thing, the entry for 'Disconnect' was no longer present in the
 palettes -- neither of any icon in Neighborhood nor of any icon in Frame.]
