 I recommend against Speak-14 as proposed in this ticket description.

 Speak-14 has a 0sugar related bug, SL 1934, for which a fix is in
 Speak-15.  Speak-15 works okay for me.

 (Unfortunately this fix causes each 0sugar activity to not share a
 0install cache, and so the disk space footprint might be larger.  Unpacked
 size of Speak is 26Mb, of which 4.7Mb is .0sugar tree.)

 Speak-15 is not currently chosen by Software Update on os119.
