Comment:

 It's in the community builds.  It's not in our XO-1.5 builds.  If there's
 interest, we might include it.  It would take:
  * inclusion of patch in a Sugar 0.84 release,
  * addition of modem-manager in build, (anything else?),
  * build,
  * test.
