 The GSM feature is already deployed in our builds, uses modem-manager
 rather than wvdial and works with all modems that don't need mode
 switching.

 Patch set for Sugar 0.84 available here:
 http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/1892

 I think we can close this bug as fixed.
