 We were testing os802b5, which ships out of the box with speak 11 with
 robot and no swap. Essentially there is a landmine which, when stepped on,
 causes speak to crash and degrades the performance of the entire system
 until speak is stopped.

 I guess adding swap will allow the XO-1.0 to run those new activities
 written for the XO-1.5 which merely need more memory. If we intend to ship
 such activities in the base system, swap should be configured by default.

 What impact does on-flash swap have on the flash lifetime?
