 On an XO-1.5 B1, running any firmware from Q3A08f to Q3A11, I cannot get
 Sandisk Extreme III 4GB SD cards to work (in the external slot).

 The external SD slot on B1 prototypes have been heavily tested with a
 variety of different cards.  These Sandisk cards have always worked very
 well in the past, such as on A2 prototypes with the SD ECO.

 The error message returned by fs-update is:

 SDHCI: Error: ISR = 8000 ESR = 100 Auto CMD12,
 Stopping
