On XO 1.5 laptops (specifically B1, but I believe we've seen this on
ealier models), running Q3A10 or Q3A10b, I can't reliably suspend in Open
 Firmware.

Using the "s" command to suspend the system, the laptop sits for some
random amount of time, then restarts. If it hasn't resumed in a couple
of seconds, it is likely not to resume automatically.

This resume may simply return an OFW prompt, or may reboot the laptop
(believed to be a separate bug, #9449).

I'm attaching a PDF showing four EC log traces from this happening. The
first column is a normal "type s<CR>, wait, then press the power button to
 resume" sequence.

The second and third columns record a suspend where the laptop resumed
automatically. It appears as the EC is throwing SCIs to cause the wakeup.

The fourth column shows a laptop which doesn't resume automatically, but
does reboot instead of resuming when the power button is pressed.
