 There are a few conditions where this is the correct behavior.  Its
 impossible to tell from just this information given.

 {{{ watch-battery }}} will not  give you any useful information if it
 happens again.  Rather, please run the {{{ see-bstate }}} command which
 will peer into some of the EC's internal state.  see-bstate has to run in
 a tight loop and if your battery states really are not changing then see-
 bstate will hang.  You will have to power off to recover.

 Please capture the output from the serial port and send it to me.
