 Running q3a13a and attempted to update to q3a13 but OFW complained of no
 battery when battery was plugged in:

 Checking integrity ...
 No battery
 ok watch-battery
 AC:on  PCB: 00C No battery
 ok

 Ran {{{flash!}}} command to skip battery sense as suggested by Mitch and
 that worked. Booted into q3a13 and the issue still exists if I try
 {{{watch-battery}}}.
