 Cloned from #9561, new symptom on os43 seen once on a B2 here but not the
 other, when resuming on the text console, shows a hardware cursor after
 the resume which does not move when the console scrolls.  The cursor
 pixmap is corrupt; vertical bands of random colour.

 "we probably didn't revert the viafb changes that resume the hardware
 cursor" said cjb.
