 Making progress...

 The PCI bus wasn't being enumerated because ACPI was identifying it as PCI
 express for which the build on SD card has no driver.  Changed the HID to
 PCI and got farther.  Now dying with the DEADDEAD bugcheck in the sdbus
 driver.
