New description:

 With q3a16 (modulo #9693), trying to boot Windows XP from an SD card gets
 to the point where ntoskrnl.exe is in memory and running, with the display
 in graphics mode 12, then dies with a bugcheck 0x7b
 "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE".

 The loaded modules list shows that it has loaded the correct device
 drivers "sffp_sd" and "sffdisk".
