Comment:

 Observed twice on two units using q3a16 os40 after editing olpc.fth with
 ofw emacs and typing ''boot'' after exiting emacs.

 The symptom was that holding the game tick key (right hand button above
 power button) during power up paused the startup of OFW but did not
 display the "''Release the game keys to continue''" message.  Also the
 Escape key did not enter OFW.

 On one unit some ten power button cycles were made without change to the
 symptom, but normal operation was restored by attaching a USB keyboard and
 running "test keyboard".

 On the other unit normal operation was spontaneously restored during boot
 of Linux.
