 On an XO-1.5 B2 prototype modified to eliminate the PS2 keyboard, but
 leave the capacitive PS2 touchpad alone, there is a problem that the
 touchpad isn't discovered on a cold boot. On a reboot, the touchpad is
 discovered and works fine.

 This laptop is running os39 and q3a15b firmware.

 The keyboard controller is no longer present in the system (the PS2 lines
 are left disconnected).  The touchpad is still connected through the PS2
 interface.   The keyboard is connected through a USB port.
