Comment:

 I've reviewed the fail shell log, but nothing unusual in it that would
 indicate why the symptom happened.  I agree, since it can't be reproduced
 at the moment let's close it.

 If this happens again, we'll need the sugar log and if possible a tcpdump.

 If someone knows the updater writes to other logs, let us know.
