Comment:

 Triage.

 Reproduced with a 128Mb USB storage device.

 Noise appears to be from the vicinity of the speakers.  Noise does not
 emit via headphones, and does not cease as a result of plugging in
 headphones.

 Does not reproduce with a USB ethernet adaptor here.
