Comment(by wad):

 The DCD0 line is PIXDATA1, and isn't pulled up or down.  It is connected
 directly to the camera.  If the camera was disconnected, this probably
 wouldn't happen, but we've otherwise been able to support serial port
 operation w. the camera connected.

 Unfortunately, the multiplexing of the I/O lines is done as a group.  We
 can't just connect the serial data lines to the pins, we are forced to
 connect the serial port handshaking lines as well.
