 Power consumption will go up when we freeze, because the DCON DRAM chip
 will start cycling.  To reduce power consumption we'd have to turn off
 parts of the Geode (mainly the DRAM fetches that it does to refresh the
 screen, and the pixel clocks).

 The main point of freezing the DCON is so you can power off the whole CPU
 chip, which is where the real power savings would occur.

 I don't think this is (much of) a bug.
