 I Shutdown, waited 10 seconds, then powered-on.  Same problem.  My Battery
 is now at 1:16 remaining (45%).  Battery LED flashes red.  everything else
 seems normal.

 I recall about 24 hours ago, I used my XO about 3 hours, until the battery
 ran down to below 14% and the battery LED flashed red, then I shutdown,
 and plugged in the AC.  But that is nothing new.
