I powered up my fully charged G1G1 XO-1 (AC not connected), and saw the
battery LED flashing red (about 1 second red, 3 seconds dark, repeating
for over an hour so far). The XO otherwise performs normally; I am using
Firefox on it to search Trac for reports of this behaviour, but find
 nothing similar.

Plugging in the AC adapter has no noticeable effect on the battery LED,
but the My Battery icon in the frame does respond normally, saying either
'Charged' or '1:41 remaining' or whatever.

Additional facts: We are in the middle of a heatwave, and my XO started
off at about 28 deg C room temperature, the warmest ever starting
temperature for my XO battery. My battery is about 1.5 years old and has
seen perhaps 400 discharge cycles. Normal runtime is about 3 hours (no
 power management).

 Logs coming...
