 How big is a chunk?

 Does this system provide both of the "desirable properties" that I wrote
 about earlier?
  * Size of image file reflects size of data within it (a disk image for
 100mb of data is not 4gb in size)
  * OFW knows to only write blocks/chunks where data actually resides,
 rather than writing out a full 4gb of data every time
