Comment:

 I saw this problem when testing 8.2.1 candidate build-800 on a G1G1v1 XO
 with a developer key.  Same Rainbow error message dialog box as seen by
 Frances.  When I clicked on Okay, I could use the activity.  A later time,
 I did not get the error message when launching Wikipedia activity.  Yet
 another time, I got the Rainbow error again, then clicked the upper right
 'x' to close the dialog box, but then the activity did not start.
