Comment:

 Because the stop/step/go buttons in etoys are in a tool that can be
 expanded to reveal and control all the project's individual scripts, in
 its current form the tool is not suitable -- functionally or aesthetically
 -- to be located in the sugar nav bar.  Furthermore, the current form of
 the all-scripts-tool is already extensively used, both in example projects
 and in documentation.
