 8.2.1 (candidate-800)  Installed new version of an Activity, which did not
 have the bypass in its 'activity.info' file that I had manually applied to
 the old version.  Failed to launch when /etc/olpc-security was not
 present.

 [The activity's log for the failure to launch was zero length (see
 #8861).]
