 Symptom reproduced three consecutive times on the same unit here, with
 os63, only through turning the system on and waiting for the symptom to
 occur.  It did not occur previously.

 (The difference between today and yesterday is the presence of an ad-hoc
 network formed between a WRT54 and an XO-1).

 On the third time a serial console was attached, and the stack traces
 matched #9836.

 There was no response to momentary power button after the second BUG.
