 Yes, always within one or two suspends.

 Okay.  pingflood-crash-during-suspend shows a crash on the way into
 suspend.  pingflood-crash-on-resume is a run where I delayed starting the
 pingflood until after suspend had happened.  pingflood-crash-on-resume2 is
 another run with the same parameters.  It's all easy to reproduce.
