#9905: Wrong behaviour when connectig to AP with RADIUS server configuration

 When I try to connect to an AP, with RADIUS WPA/WPA2-EAP security
 configuration, in the neighbour view, instead of showing the icon of the
 AP glowing it creates a new one without the lock symbol. And that's the
 one that glows.

 The original icon of the AP doesn't dissapear either.

 I'm running a 1.5 B3 with ofw q3a24 and os61.
