 With those changes, the machine would (correctly) no longer boot after
 security was enabled (OS image is not signed).  The OFW command line was
 not accessible at boot time; machine would display proper error message
 and power down in 30 seconds.

 With the proper /security/develop.sig file on a USB drive or on an SD card
 inserted in the external SD slot, the OFW command line was accessible, and
 security could be disabled again.
