 I would recommend testing with a B2 that has a full set of mfg-data. I was
 able to enable-security on my B3 but was unable to "disable-security"
 later and I have a feeling it had to do with my mucking about with mfg-
 data values.

 I just got handed a heavy assignment here but let me know what I can do to
 help.
