 Q3A22b. I have fixed zhashfs to generate correct .zsp files, and I have
 pushed a sign-zsp.sh script to bios-crypto.

 But it doesn't quite work. The signing seems OK but the XO bails out. It
 accepts the signatures, paints all the little grey squares on the screen,
 but then errors out with:
 {{{
 Blocks/square: 3 Total blocks: 30245 General Protection Exception
 }}}

 Steps to reproduce:
  * (in bios-crypto) ./makekey s1
  * cp s1.public /media/usb/s1.pub
  * (fixup os59.zsp by hand to point at os59.zd)
  * ./sign-zsp.sh s1 os59.zsp
  * cp os59.zd fs.zip /media/usb

  * (on XO) add-tag-from-file s1 u:\s1.pub
  * reboot with 4 game keys
