#9855: NM sometimes doesn't see wifi device after resume

 In the case when the wifi device is powered down during a suspend, I've
 seen the following happen once:

 {{{
 Dec 10 17:36:09 xo-b7-a1-43 kernel: [  217.869685] udev: renamed network
 interface eth0 to eth1
 Dec 10 17:36:09 xo-b7-a1-43 kernel: [  217.880239] libertas_sdio

 Dec 10 17:36:09 xo-b7-a1-43 NetworkManager: <info>  eth1: canceled DHCP
 transaction, dhcp client pid 2806
 Dec 10 17:36:09 xo-b7-a1-43 NetworkManager: <info>  (eth1): cleaning up...
 Dec 10 17:36:09 xo-b7-a1-43 NetworkManager: <info>  (eth1): new Ethernet
 device (driver: 'usb')
 Dec 10 17:36:09 xo-b7-a1-43 NetworkManager: <info>  (eth1): exported as
 /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/net_00_1c_49_01_05_44
 Dec 10 17:36:10 xo-b7-a1-43 kernel: [  218.782885] libertas:
 00:17:c4:b7:a1:43, fw 9.70.7p0, cap 0x000003a3
 Dec 10 17:36:10 xo-b7-a1-43 kernel: [  218.796453] libertas: eth0: Marvell
 WLAN 802.11 adapter
 Dec 10 17:36:10 xo-b7-a1-43 NetworkManager: nm_device_wifi_new: assertion
 `driver != NULL' failed
 }}}

 At this point NM doesn't recognise the device.

 It may or may not be related to the USB ethernet adapter that is
 connected. Only seen it once so far.
