 Tested on XO-1 build 802 and XO-1.5 build os54.

 dbus-monitor --system member=DeviceStrengthChanged
 watch iwconfig eth0
 }}}

 The NetworkManager DeviceStrengthChanged messages which are used by Sugar
 seem to track the iwconfig displayed Quality value.

 Therefore the Neighbourhood View should be affected.
