Comment:

 Interesting.  But apart from the Quality value being incorrect, what
 impact does it have?  Does this Quality value get used in the Sugar
 Neighbourhood View, or is it only the signal level that is used?  Sugar
 appears to be obtaining the "strength" of the access point.

 Which builds and which wireless firmware versions?
