 Attached a log with i8042 debugging for analysis.

 To suspend, I pressed <up> (to retrieve previous shell command) and
 <enter> at the top of the log.

 I then resumed with the power button, and as soon as I saw the linefeeds
 being repeated I pressed enter again (this didn't seem to have any
 effect), then I hit ctrl+c and they stopped.
