 1.5-os54: It shoes just a pink image.

 To reproduce, run Etoys, click Supplies icon in tool bar, drag out Object
 Catalog, click Multimedia, drag out Camera.

 This is presumably a problem with the VideoForLinux plugin in the squeak-
 vm package.
