 Discussion -- we know that

  - We will probably make several releases based on F11
  - Maybe even backport Sugar 0.86? Would be good to leave that window
 open.

 The Fedora libraries and Sugar version are the main things affecting what
 activities are compatible.

 Because of that, my strong suggestion is for "11.84.0".
