New description:

 Two problems:
  * USB keyboard does not work after suspend,
  * USB mouse does not work.

 Reproducer:

  * attach a USB mouse and USB keyboard, power on, press ESC to obtain
 !OpenFirmware prompt,
  * type ''menu'' at the ''ok'' prompt, a graphical user interface is
 shown,
  * move pointer on screen using touchpad, attempt to move pointer on
 screen using USB mouse, touchpad is effective, USB mouse is not,
  * escape from the menu, type ''s'' at the ''ok'' prompt, system suspends,
  * press power button to resume from suspend,
  * nothing can be input by using USB keyboard.

 Environment: XO-1.5 B1, q3a11b firmware, os30 linux

 Triage.  Reworded ticket description to international english.  Duplicated
 the two problems reported on q3a18 on an XO-1.5.
