 psmouse.ko is now built as a module, and includes support for the
 synaptics protocol. Using the synaptics protocol gives very jumpy tracking
 and shadowing (as was known), so we disable it from olpc-utils' olpc-
 configure.

 To re-enable the synaptics protocol for experimentation, create an empty
 file

   /etc/olpc-configure/use-synaptics
