Comment:

 I just reproduced this on my B2 (SHC93701155). Attempted to turn it on,
 saw some LEDs flashing (the red one definitely blinked, I think the green
 one too) so I decided it was out of battery. Plugged in AC adapter,
 pressed power button again, then the power light started flashing (i.e.
 blink, pause, blink, pause). Battery light was solid orange (charging).
 About 1 minute later the system booted. It has 78% charge.
