Comment:

 The slowness after loading the web page is likely to be gnash eating CPU.
 It's very prone to doing that; I've got into the habit of typing 'killall
 gnash' whenever my (significantly more powerful)[http://www.tagnice.com
 nike air yeezy shoes] machines are crawling. Going to that web page now,
 for example, gives me 98% CPU usage between gnash and the X server, and I
 hear the fans start to ramp up...
