 I think that sentence is a bit misleading. layout.css.dpi is there to be
 set once to the appropriate value,[http://www.tagnice.com  nike air yeezy
 shoes] which will of course "zoom" all rendered web content in a way.
 However, to zoom in and out dynamically, you should use fullZoom on top of
 that.
