It's reproducible. (W#1-4)

It's not just cosmetic. (W#2, #5)

It affects users, but not a blocker.

W#1 should be put in the release notes. W#2 should be relnoted or
backported (trivial; no code changes required) to 8.2.0. W#3,4,5 should
not go in release notes because it's rare.

PS - I have triaged and prioritized and decided on relnotes. None of
which are within my (nonexistent) remit. I hope I get overridden by the
triagers, release manager, and reporter :).
