 Just on a hunt for an Activity that actually picks up a Journal name
 change... Tested a dozen or so of the main Activities that all fail to
 behave, but you'll be glad to know that EToys-94 is the first that is
 correctly picking up Journal changes :-) Don't get too smug about it,
 EToys-94 is failing to name it's Frame palette correctly ;-b It's showing
 "/usr/share/etoys/etoys.image" instead of the default activity name or
 resumed Journal entry title. But a big round of applause for getting the
 Journal name edit trick to work, I just have to work out how you managed
 it!
