 Thanks Bert. OK - then this is a pretty wide spread bug for many
 Activities (mine included). I haven't found any boiler-plate for this
 call-back yet, or found an Activity that actually does this. If you know
 of one (Python preferred), I'll try implementing it on the next version of
 Moon and write it up on the wiki for other Activity developers. I'll also
 test some more and see if I can find one.
